Negative Ion High-Voltage Pack

  1. Compact High-Voltage Conversion: Converts an 11–13 VDC input into a −3.0 to −4.0 kV DC output at 12 V.
  2. Validated Negative-Ion Output: Achieves ≥3.0 × 106 pcs/cm³, measured 150 mm from the emitter at 12 VDC.
  3. Low-Power Design: Input current remains <25 mA and rated power is <0.3 W, supporting compact OEM equipment.
  4. Environmental Durability: Ozone is <0.05 ppm; operation spans −20°C to 80°C with moisture, temperature and 100 cm drop validation.
