PRODUCT FEATURES

AQS Sensor

  1. MOS Multi-Gas Detection: The automotive AQS Sensor uses MOS sensing technology to detect CO/HC, NOx and NH3, providing real-time pollution data for automatic fresh-air and recirculation control in vehicle HVAC systems.
  2. Application-Oriented Detection Ranges: The sensor measures CO/HC from 1–5,000 ppm, NOx from 0–10 ppm and NH3 from 1–300 ppm. A 30-second preheating time supports fast readiness after vehicle start-up.
  3. Low-Power Automotive Electrical Design: Designed for a 9–16 VDC vehicle supply, the sensor operates at below 50 mA, maintains quiescent current below 10 µA and consumes below 0.6 W for efficient continuous monitoring.
  4. Automotive-Grade Environmental Durability: An IP6K6K rating and an operating range of −40°C to 85°C support demanding vehicle environments. Storage from −40°C to 125°C, buckle/latch/clip connection options and customizable LIN/PWM output simplify OEM integration.
