Overview
Develop automotive electronic components from concept design and technical feasibility assessment through validation and mass production, meeting automotive standards and project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize automotive electronic components, covering the full development cycle from concept to mass production in line with automotive standards and project requirements.
- Lead circuit design, PCB layout and component selection. Prepare design proposals, technical specifications and test plans to ensure feasibility, reliability and cost effectiveness.
- Build, debug and test development samples. Work with testing teams and suppliers to resolve electronic issues, analyze root causes, implement countermeasures and prepare 8D reports. Apply EMC troubleshooting experience to improve performance and stability.
- Participate in design reviews, DFMEA and design and production validation (DV/PV). Support quality teams with reliability and safety testing to meet IATF 16949 requirements and applicable industry standards.
- Provide technical support to production, resolve electronic issues during mass production, optimize manufacturing processes and maintain consistency between production units and the approved design.
- Establish and maintain development records, including drawings, technical parameters and test reports, to support product iteration and technical reviews.
- Support procurement in selecting electronic component suppliers and assessing their technical capabilities. Provide component selection and specification guidance to ensure quality and stable supply; participate in industry technical exchanges.
